Here we briefly discuss whether we can help you with your question, or not. If it is not a topic we are familiar with, we will find another place that can support you. After you have been there, you will receive a consultation card, with which you can come to the registration before the consultation on any Tuesday, not necessarily the following one.

Usually 4 people can be advised per consultation hours. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee a consultation despite being present at 3:00 pm.

Consultation hours start at 4 pm and end at 7 pm every tuesday.
 

Translators for Arabic are usually present. If other languages are required, we ask the advice seekers to be accompanied by their own language interpreter or to tell us by e-mail (beratung[at]rlcjena.de) one week in advance with a message indicating what language a language interpreter is needed for.
